HOW NOT TO FIGHT CORRUPTION

Just recently the media was agog with the outburst cum cry of a ‘’charade corruption fighting Czar’’. The Czar being the current President of the contraption called niGERia, the man that now goes by the title of a ‘’blaming blamer’’ Muhammadu Buhari. The Outburst cum cry was said to have taken place during the meeting you had with him at the sideline of the Climate change conference, Copp 22, in Marrakech, Morocco.

It was reported that African Hitler Muhammadu Buhari (AHMB) had informed you during the meeting that ‘’corruption is fighting back his fight against corruption’’.

Listen to him again ‘’corrupt people had accumulated a formidable arsenal of illict wealth, which they were now deploying against the government in diverse fronts’’

We had expected you Mr. Secretary of State to ask him the methods that he is using in fighting the corruption that has enabled corruption fight back but lo and behold, you only allowed him to ‘’weep in failure’’ without asking probing questions.

Is it because you have become disappointed with the never ending ‘’blaming blamer’’ or regretting your decision to foist such a corrupt emperor on the country?

The greatest truth of all times is that ‘’corruption cannot successfully fight corruption’’. He that must come to equity must come with clean hands.

He that wants to fight corruption successfully must be free from ALL FORMS of corruption. Unfortunately, the current ‘’blaming blamer’’ President of niGERia does not seem to understand that.

He seems to believe that corruption is only limited to financial misappropriation by his foes.

Even a call to investigate his friends and family members accused of corruption is dismissed with a wave of hand as accusations without evidence from ‘’bad belle people’’ even when the evidences are overwhelming.

His definition of fighting corruption equals fighting oppositions and political enemies.

How a man who has not apologized or withdrawn his statement that the former military dictator, Sani Abacha did not steal in spite of the billions that have been recovered from him still claims to be fighting corruption till date amazes all right thinking persons.

Mr Secretary of State, do you honestly believe that a man who has refused to present his WAEC certificate which is the basic requirement for contesting for the position of the President of contraption called niGERia have the moral justification to fight corruption?

How you failed to remind president ‘’blaming blamer’’ that disobeying courts of competent jurisdiction judgements is corruption of extra ordinary proportion still leaves sane people like me with goose pimples.

How come you did not tell the ‘’blaming blamer’’ that coming on air to lie before the world that the leader of the Indigenous of People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has 2 international passports but came into the country without any is equally corruption?

As corruption is any form of dishonest or unethical conduct by a person entrusted with a position of authority, often to acquire personal benefit.

How can you failed to ask president ‘’blaming blamer’’ how come that any ‘’corrupt’’ politician that crosses over to his APC ruling party becomes a saints overnight with the withdrawal of all corruption charges against him/her as a reward of the sainthood?

Why you did not look up the blaming blamer in the face and tell him that standing before the UN to demand right to self-determination for the Islamic territories of Palestine and Western Sahara and turning around to claim that same rights will NEVER be allowed for Biafrans is another form of corruption, makes people to agree with the President-elect, Donald Trump that America needs to be made great again.

Not long ago when President blaming blamer’s certificate trial came up in the federal high court, we had expected the president to lead by example and show to the nation how a trial can be concluded in a record time as he had blamed the judiciary for being slow in dispensing justice under his corruption fight.

 The nation had expected him to allow the trial to commence immediately and concluded in a record time but alas the greatest corruption fighter in the world had to engage 13 Saint Advocates of Nigeria (SANs) and 10 other senior lawyers to use all kinds of legal gymnast to make sure that the case was frustrated.

Guess the legal gymnast’s basis that these lawyers employed in attempt to frustrate the case: That it was wrong for the court process to have been served at the president via his party national secretariat at Abuja that he ought to have been served via his Kano home address. 

The sad thing today is that the fearless Judge, Justice Ademola Adeniyi who removed every obstacle that the defence team had attempted to use in frustrating that trial so that it can start immediately is today being haunted by the government with trump up charges as a way of dealing with him for daring to ‘’embarrass’’ the president.

Do I need bring it to your attention that the corruption fighting President and his government resulted to threatening the petitioner of the suit instead of presenting his certificate to prove his case until the petitioner was forced to withdraw the suit?

The question remains, is the ‘’blaming blamer’s’’ outburst a case of corruption fighting back or the futility of corruption attempting to fight corruption?
