Disgrace: Justice Nyako 'absconds' from court as prosecutors fail to provide masked witness

It was none other than 'victory' today in court as the Biafran separatist leader, Nnamdi Kanu, got an edge over the Nigerian government as prosecutors failed to make available masked witness in court to testify against him for the proposed secret trial to commence.

Meanwhile, a visibly angry Nnamdi Kanu stood pat that he would never consent or succumb to a secret trial since he was swooped upon publicly.

The presiding judge, Justice Binta Nyako, had no option but to abscond from the court and had the case adjourned to January 12th, 2017
