Femi Adesina opens up on his communication limitations with Buhari
Presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina, has said he has no direct access to his boss adding that he only communicate what has been told him unless he receives a definite communication.
He said this in reaction to the president's homecoming on Monday night during a live political programme on Channels Television.
Also on the programme he said the president may speak to Nigerians on the phone for the first time since he traveled overseas for vacation and medical checkup.
Speaking further, he said in his capacity as the president's spokesman, he could only relay what was told him adding that until Buhari is given an ''all-clear'' on his status he will not return to the country.
“That issue of his coming back is already in the public domain in the letter that was transmitted to the National Assembly. He said as soon as he has an ‘all-clear’ on his health, he’ll be back. I think that issue has been settled.”
