WHY I FOLLOW MAZI NNAMDI KANU INSTEAD OF SOCIAL MEDIA "OKACHAMARA” (I TOO KNOWS)

Since the civil war, the people of the Eastern region had yearned for a leader to speak on their behalf. Dim Chukwuemeka Ojukwu after his exile came back, fully joined the Nigerian politics and the Biafran dream was on the blink of extinction.

The Igbo was reduced to all manner of marginalisation, we were subjected, humiliated, regarded as third-class citizens in a country we have invested all our resources on more than any other tribe.

All hopes were lost! Completely lost!! We had to accept our fate, with the hopes that someday a Joshua will arise among us to set us free.

Then came Uwazuruike with MASSOB.

Yes, the messiah is here we chanted! Never did we know he was just a glorified crook looking to exploit the plight of his people for his selfish gains. That dream died! A natural death...!

Back to square zero! We were left to rue our plight.

Yet, silently we were still hoping... looking... praying for the right leader.

Then came Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Our people were reluctant to accept him after the disappointing encounter we have had in the past. He set up Radio Biafra London, began to enlighten his people. 1, 2, 3, as his followers began to rise daily. He was uncouth, blunt and speared no one including his people. This truthfulness pierced the hearts of our people as we gladly glued to our radio every day to have a glimpse of his voice which was a voice of hope and redemption. His fan base grew, throughout to the world. The stage was set!

Many doubting Thomases dismissed him as a rant boy. "Come down to Nigeria na" if you are serious they mockingly said. We will show you if you come! They dared him.

He proved his words true, as he took the next flight down to Nigeria in the heat of events. This was a risk only the Fearless would embark on. At a time when Barack Obama was President of the US, David Cameron, Prime minister of U.K and the Jihadist himself Muhammadu Buhari the President of Nigeria. He came down.

He was arrested, incarcerated for 18 months and tormented daily, yet he didn't bulk under pressure. He refused their monetary offer to disprove the mischievous allegations that "every Igbo can be bought". This, restored the lost pride of Ndi Igbo.

In all his court cases, he openly challenged Tyranny. He was too hot for the Nigerian Government to handle. They had to grant him bail under the most stringent conditions.

He came out. Refused to be silenced, not minding the risks, began to rally round to emancipate his people.

At a time when all the South east Governors, Ohaneze Ndi Igbo have become stooges in the hands of the Fulani caliphate, one man refused to lick their smelly ass! Fearlessly he rallied, and they had enough of him. He had to be stopped.

They rolled the army to his house to bring him down. Shot at sight at any moving object in his compound. All proved abortive.

Today, he's an International figure, speedily championing the emancipation of his people from the British colony known as Nigeria.

But,

The Toothless Okachamaras will seat in their comfort zone to dish out instructions to a man that have proven himself beyond every reasonable doubt. This people are people that can't stand the sound of knock out. But they are good at writing rubbish.

Ask yourself, if IPOB isn't on the right path, why have they gained such global ascension and acceptance in just 3 years?

Love or loathe him, the consistency of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is what makes him so unique. While others can be bought, while other leaders can venture into the damnable Nigerian Politics that only corrupts, he has proven to be one-man material wealth can't deter his resolve for total freedom of his people.

This is why I, millions of both young and old, love and cherish Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and can lay down our lives for him to live. In Mazi Nnamdi Kanu God has raised a leader, saviour amongst his people to prove His words true.

You, criticising him, how many people can willingly pay the ultimate price for you to live? 28 men did that for him when the military invaded his home. He has commanded respect amongst his people, and only a truthful leader can get that.

Leader like no other. While the struggle continues, always remember Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in your prayers to not deviate from God's purpose. He needs our prayers now more than ever, as the battle is already won!
