TOPIC: RELEVANT AND RELEVANCE IN LIFE

You can be relevant ONLY in your place of relevance; that is, your place of ministry, otherwise, you will do so many things on earth, but meaningless, worthless and no tangible result because they have no eternal impact and, in the end, you will die and be forgotten, because NO IMPACT.

What is Ministry?

Simply put: Ministry is SERVICE.

Serving God and man.

Ministry is that thing that God has ordained you to fulfil, to accomplish for his glory and pleasure and for the benefit of man and expansion of the earth.

In the Bible, Mordecai and Esther were both Jews in captivity, but it took Mordecai to let Esther to know and understand that, her being a Queen in the land of captivity at that time in history and their life was not a COINCIDENCE, but a planned and divine ordination, a divine order from heaven, by the Almighty God to deliver the Jews from death and captivity through her.

And immediately Mordecai sent that message to her, she understood the time and season they were in. She didn't try to bring up her own opinion, but she adhered to the message of her uncle, Mordecai and stood up to that challenge, focused on her ministry, and determined to set the Jews free.

After 3 days of fasting and prayer, she went against the rules and laws of the great Kingdom of Babylon; Lo and behold instead of the King to put Esther to death, which was the ancient established rules and laws, that a Queen shall not go to the king without invitation. Any violation of such law amounts to death.

But because of the importance and urgency of her ministry, she went ahead and violated the ancient rules and laws of the great Babylon, rather than death, she lived and also obtained favour from the king for herself and for all the Jews, and saved all the Jews including herself in that whole of 127 Provinces of Babylon (Esther 1:1).

Now, What Is My Message To You Here Today?

My message here to you is:

It is only in your place of RELEVANCE, you can become RELEVANT and make eternal impact in this life and fulfil God's Will, Plan and Purpose for your life.

Mordecai helped Esther understood that her RELEVANCE in that kingdom as a Queen laid with THAT TIME OF THEIR LIFE IN BABYLON AND FAILURE WAS NOT AN OPTION.

And all that she needed to do was to actively do what she did to become RELEVANT. Thank God she did it, and today we are still reading her exploits. Esther made her eternal impact. You can also make your own impact.

If you have discovered your place of relevance, stay actively there, and watch out and see your relevant and relevance, and your eternal impact upon the face of the earth, upon this generation and generations to come.

Remain relevant in life. Find your purpose.

Read the book of Esther, it will help you especially if you are a Biafran and don't know what you are supposed to be doing at this time for the liberation of your own people Biafrans from Nigeria.
