Right now in the court room, IPOB defense counsel and other eminent Biafrans presently here are patiently waiting for the presiding judge, Justice Hemeye Mahdmadane to proceed into the court chamber.

Meanwhile, our case was scheduled to be heard as the number 4 case in the court today. However, the 3rd case is in procession while we wait for the next call up being the case of our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The prosecution  counsel, Maimuna Shiru, is here as well.
We apologize to Biafrans who were obviously expecting a live video for the disappointment. We tried to come up live, but the rules guiding the court prohibits such. Stay tuned with us and trust us for reliable information.

However...,
After waiting for hours,  ECOWAS Court has adjourned our case to 30th may, with some doltish excuse that some documents were not translated to English, Imagine the imbecilic judicial system of Africa.

Our Eminent Barrister engaged them in same discussions pointing out that 30th May is our Heroes Remembrance Day that can never be toyed with.
Remain resolute Biafrans, full details on the match.
~Barr Ejiofor added finally that,
The same issue of translation that made the matter to be adjourned severally while sitting in Abuja is what the judge came up again with today saying that the defendants of the federal govt's applications are yet to be translated to French language and adjourned the case till 14th of June 2018..
