IPOB Court Update Another Adjournment For Know Evidential Excuses

On April 14th 2018  The IPOB Defense Team was life in Abuja High Court for the hearings of IPOB personnel but there is no evidence that proves if the IPOB's accused personnel are given bail, that they will jump court hearing, for the charges against them are nothing but frivolous in other words not having any serious purpose or value, Pointless charges which cannot stand the test of any civilized country's law.

"My lord I also pray that while granting my clients bail that you make an order restraining the Nigerian military from invading the house or going anywhere near my clients to avoid what happened in the case of NNAMDI KANU in order not to jeopardize this case further" - IPOB Defense Team stated.

Justice Binta Nyako:

"I have just released my registrar to go for prayers and you have just made me to miss my own prayers" Binta Nyako to IPOB's counsel as she is making a case for another long adjournment in the case of bail application for our IPOB detainees, An Excuse For Adjournment.

Therefore, the hearing court case for the bail Application of the Four Biafra activist has been adjourned  till 21st May 2018.

On the 21st May 2018 The Nigerian Federal High Court Abuja Postpones Court Sitting  Slated and adjourned it to 31st May 2018, this time folks, there's no evidential excuses.

The Bail application of Citizen Nnamdi Kanu's codefendants, was fixed to be heard in Federal High Court Abuja, but was adjourned for no substantial reasons.

 Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor the lead counsel, in dismay stated:
"It was brought to our attention late Friday that the court will not be sitting today, hence adjourned to the 31st day of May".

The dead judiciary of Nigeria well known as Zoo is indeed in total shambles and the common Man has no hope of justice.
